Delivery-Refund-Cancellation Policy

  1. DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

For Products:

  • Shipping cost will be bear by customers and It can be shipped by courier or by other means after written confirmation from customer or customer can arrange pickup directly from our warehouses & factory.
  • The time duration for the shipment to customer vary from 3 – 7 working days depends upon Emirates of delivery in U.A.E. and For International shipping vary from 10 – 30 working days depends upon shipping method.
  • For International shipping, all customs duties, clearing charges, documentation charges like Certificate of Origin will bear by customer only.
  • Our quoted prices are always Ex-works.
  • Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address with your contact details.
  • Delivery fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location, in case delivery to be arranged by us. Or customer has to pickup delivery directly from our Factory or Warehouse as opted out by customer at time of order confirmation.

Multiple Shipment/ Orders / Bookings

For Services:

  1. For service-related delivery is solely responsibility of customer, we will not ship any vehicle to customer but on customer’s request, shipping cost will be added above our prices.
  2. Our quoted prices are always Ex-works.
  3. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address with your contact details.
  4. Delivery fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location, in case delivery to be arranged by us. Or customer has to pickup delivery directly from our Factory or Warehouse as opted out by customer at time of order confirmation.

 

REFUND POLICY

Note: ‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”

For Services – No Refund Policy:

We will not refund the payment for the services already done and completed. Once the customer took the vehicles from our workshop and yard after inspection and delivery note is signed, Company will not pay any refund. In case of any problem in workmanship or defected material used in Production/ Service, the customer can claim warranty from our Company after sending back vehicle to us. But the Company has full right to accept or reject warranty claims based on the fact, it is misused or repaired already from another workshop.


For Spare Parts Products:

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order before we started our production or start of service; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We can not refund after the goods has been shipped or service is done.


PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt with invoice and official receipt on registered email address provided at time of order confirmation.
